11 - 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch diameter)

# Directions:

01 - In a large mixing bowl, blend shredded chicken breast, softened cream cheese, Buffalo wing sauce, cheddar cheese, crumbled blue cheese, green onions, celery, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper until creamy and uniformly mixed.
02 - Place a tortilla on a flat surface. Evenly spread 1/4 of the filling mixture over the tortilla, leaving a 1/2-inch border around the edges.
03 - Roll the tortilla tightly from one end to the other. Repeat with remaining tortillas and filling mixture.
04 - Encase each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to ensure the filling is set.
05 - Remove wrapped tortillas from refrigerator and discard plastic wrap. Using a sharp knife, slice each roll into 6 pinwheels.
06 - Display pinwheels on a serving platter. Offer chilled or at room temperature.
