# Expert Advice:

01 -
  • The layered colors and textures practically invite you to linger over each sip before mixing.
  • It became my favorite summer refresher because it balances sweetness, creaminess, and gentle caffeine.
02 -
  • Pouring hot matcha over cold oat milk too fast ruins the delicate layers—go slow for beautiful separation.
  • Fresh lemons elevate the drink in a way bottled juice never could, especially when strawberries are extra sweet.
03 -
  • Sifting the matcha powder before whisking prevents unwanted lumps and yields a silkier layer.
  • Chilled oat milk poured slowly with a spoon keeps layers neat and beautiful.
