# Directions:

- In a medium mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, shredded cheddar cheese, salt, and black pepper. Stir thoroughly until the spread is smooth and homogenous.
- Place one tortilla on a clean cutting board. Evenly distribute a quarter of the cheese mixture across the surface, covering to the edges.
- Arrange 1.75 ounces sliced turkey breast uniformly atop the cheese spread.
- Scatter approximately 0.5 ounces baby spinach leaves in a single layer over the turkey.
- Starting from one edge, tightly roll the tortilla into a log. Ensure an even roll for consistent pinwheel shape.
- Repeat the layering and rolling process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
- Wrap each rolled tortilla individually in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to set and facilitate slicing.
- Remove plastic wrap, trim ends, and cut each roll into 6 uniform pinwheels using a sharp chef’s knife.
- Arrange pinwheels neatly on a platter. Serve chilled or allow to reach room temperature before offering.
